WWE: Another Destiny...

March 2002 began a new era for World Wrestling Entertain, right off getting a new identity, there was a new path to take in the company as well. Internal competition... from the mind of Vince McMahon himself, the two main television products, Raw and Smackdown would each become their own brand, and in a sense, their own company, and instead of risking it all to fight the competition, the WWE would battle itself for the ratings, and either way, WWE would reap the rewards of the winning side.

Sadly, this plan never came to fruition, several months beforehand, Vince McMahon passed away. And though WWE continued chugging along, it couldn't benefit from having a bold leader with a broad vision, instead, various sons, daughters and powerplayers within the company fought tooth and nail in the court of law... But March 2002, in this alternate timeline, would see a resounding change within the company.
