Colin sighs
Colin:"It'd make me seem..i don't know...selfish.."

Naomi walks over and places her hand on Colin's hands...

Naomi: You can be selfish this one time...I promise I won't tell anyone...ok?

Colin sighs, looking at his feet

Colin:"It's just...I'm happy that mom and Ben are happy together. And that you and my dad are happy together. It's just...a hard pill to swallow that...they'll never be happy together. I shouldn't feel that way I know..."

Naomi looks crestfallen...but understands...

Naomi: Oh....oh, I see. I...I can understand that, Colin. I can...Um...look, maybe....maybe I should go get a soda or something....I...

She walks out of the room, covering her face...

Colin looks over at his dad

Colin:"I'm sorry I..."

Ashley shakes his head

Colin:"The divorce was rough on you, its okay."

Colin decides to go follow Naomi. After a couple minutes he finds her sitting alone

Colin:"Do you...mind if I sit down?"

Naomi looks up and sees Colin, but quickly hids her face...not wanting to show that she's been crying...

Naomi: O...of course, Colin. Listen...I want you to know I understand...it...it's no big deal. I'm not your mom...nor...could I ever hope to be. I get that. I didn't mean to get so emotional. That....that's not me.

Colin sighs, lightly putting a hand on her shoulder

Colin:"I'm sorry, I didn't mean for that to hurt you. It's obvious my father loves you and...he needs that. For you to provide that for him...I'm more then grateful"

Naomi: I'm....just not Moira. That's all.

Colin:"Moira...isn't even my biological mother. I'm sure you probably already knew that though. But she was better to me then my actual mother ever was. But I'm not going to compare you to either of them. I have no right to."

Naomi: Yeah...but it's not going to stop you. I know how it is.

Colin lets out a sigh

Colin:"This isn't how I want this to start..."

he looks at her

Colin:"Know what I mean?"

Naomi: Yeah...look, I'm sorry.

Colin looks puzzled

Colin:"You have no reason to be sorry,Naomi."

Naomi: Yeah, I do. I didn't plan on becoming attracted to your father, Colin. I seriously just wanted to help him get back on his feet. It just...came to pass that way.

Colin smiles

Colin:"I'm actually thankful you did...Sometimes thats the best kind of love...What made you fall for him anyways?"

Naomi blushes...

Naomi: I see his heart. I know he wants to change...it's just...he didn't think anyone believed in him. He's sweet...caring...I don't want to get mushy like some people...

PONTED LOOK AT ALEXIS AND ALEX...

Colin:"Believe me, you have brought most of that out of him. He's a different man. A man I...honestly thought I would never see again..."

Naomi: He's not all the way back yet. I don't know if he's been all here ever since....was her name Caley? Was that the lady that was with the syringe earlier?

Colin:"...Yeah...my biological mother. Sad to say. It seems she feels she has free reign of this place and she has found some form of God that suits her ways..."

Naomi: Colin...like her or not...she did, along with your father, give you life. Be greatful....not everyone gets a chance to...

...have kids...who care about their parents as much as you do.

Colin tries to keep his cool. After all, how could she know his past with his mother

Colin:"You don't know what that woman put me through. She abused me for five years. She took advantage of natural talents I had. Years later she kidnapped me to help settle a debt. She might be my mother. But she is not my mom. Hell, I would consider you more of a mom then her..."

he sighs

Naomi: I....I had no idea...Colin, I'm sorry that must have sounded so ignorant...

Colin:"It's alright...you have no idea how many people still think she was the good parent. Ignorant...If you care about my dad. If you really care about Ashley...please...keep her away from him. And please. Be careful. Don't let her play her games with you."

Naomi: I don't think that will be a problem, Colin. She's in jail now...I'm sure she can't harm you or Ashley anymore.

Colin:"What do you know about the "Angel of Tolerance Baptist Church"?...She said it was part of the Westboro church.
