Jillian smirks and goes at him again...and again...and again....for another 4 hours. She is getting nowhere...meanwhile over in Japan...

Shawn: Dude really? Come on Inoki, you know I've been killing everyone you set in front of me. The girls love me, the guys want to be me....it's really just too easy.

Inoki: You...very good, Cortezu. But...tonight...you face new, opponent.

Shawn: Oh? Sweet....who?

Ian finally locks Jillian up in a complex hold.... it isn't painful but she is completely immobilised.

Ian: Now.... Jillian. My mother.... my late wife, god rest her soul, and my daughter.... were all wrestlers..... damn fine wrestlers. So believe me when I say... the insults I hurled your way.... were spoken in the voices of almost every man in this industry. And the only way you will ever change their minds.... is by becoming better than them.... not "as good as" but BETTER..... so that the first thing they see is not your gender.... but your skill. Your skills are impressive..... but not good enough.... I could have defeated you at any time I chose..... you will not achieve your goals.... with a pretty face..... or with witty remarks..... or by complaining that you are sore.... or tired.

Ian releases the hold and offers Jillian his hand.

Ewan walks up behind Inoki, in his gear, ready to go. He bows.

Ewan: Inoki sensei....

He sees Shawn.

... Hello.

Jillian looks at him for a moment...but she sighs, never dropping her guard...but she shakes his hand...

Jillian: Yes....you too.

Ian walks back up to where Dean is standing, stoic as always...

Dean: Thought and comments?

Meanwhile...

Shawn: 'Sup, bro? Shawn Cortez...and you are?

Inoki: This is....Ewan Edwards...the Legacy.

Shawn: Wow...that's your stage name? Marketable....I guess.

Inoki: This is your opponent, Cortezu...

Shawn: No shit? Yeah.....hmm....alright...but if he's going to job to me...he needs to have a better look than this.

Ian: Impressive for someone so early in her training..... she should do very well for herself.....

Meanwhile.....

He looks at Inoki, confused.

Shawn: Pfft...nothing like that, kiddo. I'm the hottest wrestler in this promotion. Now you look like you could go a bit...so why don't we mix it up for real....

Ewan smirks.

Ewan: I was really hoping you'd say that.....

Shawn: Cool...alright there....legacy....you're on.

Shawn's music hits and he puts his sunglasses on. The crowd explodes into cheers...with almost every girl in the audiance shouting his name...save for one...

The match starts as any traditional match would, a collar and elbow lock up. After jockying for position for a while, Ewan gains the advantage and slips behind Shawn in a full nelson, which Shawn slips out of. They continue chain wrestling for about five minutes when the finally come to a stand still. The crowd applauds at the display of skill. Shawn walks over to the far ring ropes, noticing the girl not cheering...

Shawn: Heya...

She smirks at him, and just shakes her head. Shawn smiles...and leaves the ring, going into the crowd and sits next to her...

Ref: 1....2....

Shawn: What's a nice girl like you doing in a place like this?

Erin smiles sweetly at him.

Erin: you really don't want to do this kid.....

Ewan leans over the top rope snarling at Shawn.

Shawn winks back at her...

Shawn: You have no idea of what I want to do...

Ref: 12...13....

Shawn: Damn...to be continued. I'll be back in a second. Let me go entertain blondie here real quick...don't you go anywhere.

Shawn: Wow...damn, legacy! You've got some pretty good technique there...

The match goes on again, but the crowd is now into it. The intensity picks up. Ewan, at a crucial juncture of the match, hits a beautiful fall away suplex. Shawn takes the bump perfectly, and rolls out of the ring...and goes right back to that young lady in the crowd...

Shawn: Told you I'd be right back. So...tell me...you and me...vertical, horizontal...diagnoal...inverted...I think we could make this work...

Erin smiles again... but this time it's a more knowing smile.

Erin: I'm not sure my brother would be too fond of that idea.

Shawn looks back in the ring...and smirks at Ewan...

Shawn: He's your brother, huh?

Shawn leans in, whispering in the young lady's ear...

Shawn: ...and yet...still...all my attention is focused on you...

Ref: 13....14....15...

Shawn: Damn...back to work.

Shawn gives her a quick smooch on the cheek and heads back to the ring, brazenly. He looks at Ewan...

Ashley O'Ryan, barely 18 years old steps out of a taxicab. He walks over to a nearby payphone and asks to make a collect call to Ireland. His mother, Emma O'Ryan answers

Emma:"'ello?"

Ashley:"'ey Ma'."

Emma:"Oh Ashley...'ow was the flight?"

Ashley:"Long a drab. I swear I'll never fly over the ocean again..."

Ashley:"Umm Miami. I start my travels in a few days."

Emma:"So nice..my son, a traveler. Going across a whole continent..You must visit your aunt and uncle Wednesday..You might remember their daughter, Raquel."

ashley can't help but look into the window next to him. He looks up at the sign

Ashley:"Aye I will..Look ma' I gotta go..."

Emma:"Alright. I love you."

Ash hangs up and walks into the building, looking up at the sign. "Icebox"

Erin smiles sweetly and speaks into the mic.

Erin: Erin.

Shawn: Damn....that's a cute name, Erin. Now will someone in the crowd please pass her up a pen and some scratch paper so she can write her cell phone number on there so I can call her later?
