Alexis: We've got water....

Alex grins wickedly.

Alex: Heh..... so does that make me the surfboard?

Alexis: I guess that would depend on whether you want me to be the one to... ride.

Alex smirks, pulling Lexi on top of him.

Alex: Surf's up.....

A bit later on, Alexis is drying off, snuggling in a big fluffy towel, shivering slightly.

Alexis: I didn't even realize the water got cold....

Alex has an equally fluffy bath robe ready, he wraps it around Alexis and pulls her close to him and starts rubbing her to warm her up.

Alex: In our defence.....our..... activity would have been keeping us warm...... so there was no way we could have known.

He chuckles, shivering slightly himself.

Alexis tries to fit both of them in her bathrobe.

Alexis: So, what should we do to warm ourselves up?

Alex carries Lexi over to the bed and gets in with her. Snuggling together and wrapping the duvet tightly around them both.

Alex: I think this is a good start.

Alexis yawns, snuggling up to Alex.

Alexis: We're not getting out are we?

Alex: Sleepy sweetie?

He gently strokes her cheek.

Alexis mock glares at Alex.

Alexis: Surfing is hard work....

Alex: Oh I know how much energy you put into..... sports, cutie.

He sighs happily as snuggles into Lexi. He thinks for a moment, then laughs.

....heh...... I dreamt about this once.....

Alexis glances over.

Alexis: About our version of surfing?

Alex: No.....our idea of geeting warm..... you and me just being close like this..... I dreamt about this before we were together.....

Alexis: Is that when you would go to the gym?

Alex thinks for a moment.

Alex: No...... I think after I woke up from this particular dream I was just..... too sad to go work out or do anything really...... I just kinda...... did nothing for a few days.

Alexis snuggles in closer.

Alexis: Well, you don't have to worry about that anymore.

Alex: I know beautiful.

Alex gives Lexi a quick peck and just lays examining the details of her face.

Alexis looks back, confused.

Alexis: What is it?

Alex blushes a little.

Alex: Sorry sweetie...... I just get caught up in looking at you sometimes....

Alexis giggles.

Alexis: Yes, I'm here... yes, this is real....

Alex giggles too.

Alex: I know that..... I just like looking at you.

Alexis: Well, I'm glad you do... this might get very awkward if you didn't.

Alex chuckles.

Alex: Nope..... no awkwardness from your obsessive weirdo husband.

Alexis: Not of the repulsed trying to be polite kind of awkwardness at least
