Ben and Moira's Tampa Bay Mansion... Part 1

Moira: Oh bloody 'ell! But wot do Colin and Micah 'ave to do with it?

Ashley:"Moira...It's Caley. With 'er own batshite crazy cult army...She is vengeful and 'as power. She 'ates Micah and thinks that me and 'er and Colin are a family."

Moira: The whole family part I could see... 'ell, I did see 'er with that delusion... but she was the one wot carried Micah and gave birth to 'im. Why would she 'ate 'im?

Ashley:"She made the church believe that Stu was Satan...making Micah the son of the Devil."

Moira groans.

Moira: Oh fok... and let me guess, instead of wotever "loit" that Nuala would "put" in 'er she thinks that loit is Colin.

She chuckles ironically.

Moira: So wot would that make you?

Ashley:"Damned if I knew but...I moit 'ave some questions fer Naomi now..."

There is a pause on the other end of the phone.

Moira: Why?

Ashley:"Shes..."

Theres a pause on Ashley's side

"Dealt with him and his church before."

Moira sounds confused.

Moira: As a nurse?

Ashley:"No"

Still a note of confusion.

Moira: Ah...

Pause, and the confusion has turned to realization.

Moira: Oh! Oh shite....

Ashley:"Nuala is 'er ex-'usband. Bastard left 'er when she miscarried. Told 'er it was 'er fault."

Now the words are more drawn out.

Moira: Oh... shite....

She sighs.

Moira: So the next little "vessel" I'll assume is Caley... and she's wot, the queen of this little cult now or something? Wot 'appened to all the "vessels" before Naomi?

Ashley:"I'll 'ave to find out...

Heh...you know after years o'not talking...We talk at three of the most fecked up times..."

Moira: We do... It's nice talking to you while you're sober though... maybe all of this should 'ave 'appened a while ago....

A pause.

Moira: Other than the shite goin' on... are you 'appy now... I mean, with Naomi?

Ashley:"All this? No...I should 'ave just gotten the 'elp I needed instead o'trying to 'ide it with alcohol.

he sighs

"And dying in front o'you with each drink...
But Naomi...shes...shes done so much fer me...I don't know if I would 'ave survived if it wasn't fer 'er."

Moira: I see... well, let me know if anythin' else 'appens.

Ashley:"You seem 'appy with ben...."

he pauses

"Roit?"

Moira: Yeah... that's not it... it's jus'... I'm sorry that I couldn't 'ave been as much 'elp to you back then.

Ashley:"I'm sure it wasn't fer a lack o'trying."

Moira: Yeah... it wasn't.... Look, I should prolly get off jus' in case Colin's tryin' to get ahold of you or somethin'.

Ashley:"Huh? Oh...uh...yeah...If anything 'appens then let me know alroit?...Take care."

Moira: I will... you too....

She ends the call and hands the phone back to Ben.

Moira: Remember I told you that most of the crazy shite wot 'appened in the FWA was real? Now you get to experience one. That thing wot you told me about, that church, is after Micah as some sort of satanic spawn... an' pretty much anyone else wot is associated with 'im. And since it's Caley wot's runnin' the show, I'm one of the targets.

Ben: I take it you and this....Caley is it?....have history?

Moira chuckles ironically.

Moira: She's Ashley's ex-girlfriend, or ex-fiancee... the one wot gave birth to Colin. We were friends a long time ago, but in 'er mind I was the one wot broke 'er an' Ash up even though she was long outta the picture when I was around. 'Ell, she didn't even tell Ash about Colin at first, an' when she did it was only to try an' get Ash back. Colin even refuses to think of 'er as 'is mother... since 'e thinks of mey more than 'is mom than 'er I'm sure she blames mey for that too.
