A very OP Christmas Part 1...

Gabe: Fuck, Alex! Where the hell did you find this damn tree? Finland?

Alex: Hey.... it's the first Christmas in the new house..... I wanna make it as good as Dad would at the estate.....

..... what? You think it's too much?

Gabe: No...I get that...just...this fuckin' thing is heavy! I mean...will you have the room in the living room for this...and the mountain of presents that will be coming?

Alex: Oh yeah don't worry about it.... I moved some furniture out of the family room.... we should just about fit everything in......if we put some of the gifts in the formal lounge..... maybe.....

The two clear the threshold of the front door...when one of the ropes binding the tree snaps...and the tree fans open.....smacking Gabe in the face..

Gabe: GODDAMNIT!

A heavily pregnant Alexis pokes her head around the door. She's wearing a sweater that makes her belly look like a snowglobe.

Alexis: Everything alright...? Wow, that's a big tree.

Alex fights his way through the branches.

Alex: Yup.... we're all good sweetie.... everything is completely under control......

Amanda: Yeah..... looks like it nature boys.

She has walked down the stairs wearing this......

Gabe: HEY! A LITTLE HELP BACK HERE PLEASE! I CAN'T KEEP HOLDING THI.....

....UM....SQUIRREL....THERE IS A SQUIRREL IN MY PANTS......

Amanda: I ain't falling for that shit twice Gabe......

Gabe: You muthafuckin'.............HELP ME!

Nikki walks in.



Nikki: You're calling it a squirrel now?

Alexis notices the other two in their outfits... then looks down at her snowglobe.

Jayden: We're back from the airport, guys. I....damn, that's a big tree. Gabe...um...need some help there, brother?

Gabe: Not now....pain of being kicked in ass overridden by staring at Nikki.

Jayden: ....That is the TREE your holding...right?

Since Gabe has dropped the tree in squirrell related panic, Alex takes the opportunity to go over and wrap his arms around Lexi.

Alex: Hey beautiful.

Ewan kicks Gabe in the ass again.

Ewan: How's that squirrell?

Alexis smiles at Alex.

Alexis: Hey, handsome... have fun getting the tree?

Nikki smirks at Gabe.

Nikki: Your tree fell and your squirrel escaped. Should I be worried?

Gabe: Unc....you will not phase me today. I have got the greatest gifts for all of you. The copious amounts of pain you are delivering....mean nothing to the fact of that...and I'm still looking at Nikki.

Jayden: Well....Jess and I would like to get into the fuckin' house, ya big oaf. Move. Look...why don't you just have my staff put the tree up?

Gabe: Your....staff?

Jayden: Oh, right....you and Nikki were bodysurfing in Bali...you didn't hear. I got named party leader...and the General Elections are looking very much in our favor.

Jayden looks back at his security staff and his other employees...

Jayden: Put the tree up...and decorate it nicely, if you please.

Alex: It was tricky finding one big enough........ how are you holding up.... it looks like something's bothering you?

Ewan: Um..... Jayden.... they do realise that you could single handedly drop your entire security detail right?

Jayden: I know...hell, they know...but the party said something about it not 'playing to the common man.' That I would be 'too elite for the common vote if I showed I could handle myself, had a hot fiancee and a genius mind for politics.'

Jayden rolls his eyes...

Alexis looks at Alex, amused.

Alexis: Does it seem the least bit odd to you that a politician's staff is setting up and decorating our tree...? I was kind of looking forward to the decorating part....

Ewan: Well.... I'm sure the public will soon come around to the idea that a leader should not be average.....

Alex: Hey Jay..... you can tell your associates to take a break..... decorating the tree is going to be a family activity..... there's sugar cookies and egg nog in the kitchen.... they can help themselves.

Jayden: You sure, Alex? I mean...it's no trouble.

Gabe: Hey Nikki...come here...I actually have one of your gifts to give you early.

Jillian walks in on the phone...

Jillian: Oh....well, that's a shame. How long will your flight be delayed?........Oh, that's not too bad. Alright....we'll see you and Daniel when you get here, hon.

Nikki walks over.

Nikki: Really? What is it?

Alex smiles and takes Alexis' hand.

Alex: Oh I know it's no trouble...... we'd just prefer to handle it personally.

Ewan: Problem with Nathie's flight sweetie? Or did they just not make it out of bed again?

Alexis giggles.

Alexis: And we're bad....
