Alex and Alexis's Wedding.... Part 1

Alexis looks pained, putting her hands up over her nose and mouth, closing her eyes for a moment.

Alexis: I... see.... I'm sorry that you couldn't get along even today....

It pains him to see that expression. Ashley sighs
Ashley:"Look, I'm...I'm going to get some air, calm down a bit. Try at least. I'll decide wot I'm going to do then..."
With that he walks off to find Naomi

Alex chases off after Ashley.

Alex: Hey wait..... you know that stuff with my dad.... it wasn't about you right?

Alexis looks over at Colin.

Alexis: What just happened?

Ashley:"It was about the rumble that was about to start in the docks but...wot does it matter? It's the same thing. The same feeling the same every thing and...I really still want to give them the apology but...It's 'ard to keep wanting to while being called things loik that. Very 'ard."

Colin:"The same crap thats kept those two from making up for the past twenty years..."

Alexis: But, name calling... really?

Colin sighs
Colin:"Yeah that's...that's nothing new..."

Alex shakes his head.

Alex: No Ashley.... it was about him using every single ounce of his strength to stop himself from going out there and killing those guys..... like I am right now. He didn't have any strength left to stop you from going out there in a polite fashion...... you know about his temper.... but it wasn't pointed at you..... he was trying to keep you in here and safe...... for Lexi's sake. Gabe and Mandy can handle the matter discreetly I promise. But Lexi needs her father...... please Ashley.

Alexis stares at her brother.

Alexis: Nothing new? I mean, I knew they didn't get along... but to throw maturity out the window like that....

Ashley:"...Alex, I'm sorry but I've only ever seen yer father talk to me while biting 'is tongue fer the past twenty odd years. 'e and you should know I can 'old my own. So forgive me if I don't completely buy that at all."
he looks back at his daughter
"I'm staying for her. Because its the roit thing to do."

Colin:"Ewan has...refused to lay a finger on dad. I can only guess why. But...I think its going against his nature so...they go at it like children instead."

Alexis: But why today! This is exactly what I was worried about! Why couldn't they have just let up for one day... just for today....?

Naomi walks over to Alex and Ashley...

Naomi: Alex...I'm sorry I haven't gotten a chance to say congrats. You look very handsome. Ashley, honey...I was wondering if you could help me with something over here.

The rest of the Cryos family gets out of the Hummer Limo. They all stand very tall...and very intimidating. Ben's father, Xander, smiles at Amanda...

Xander: Ah yes, you must be Amanda. Ewan speaks very highly of you. As far as your request to leave the two big ones...who am I to refuse a beautiful woman's wish?

Colin:"...You want to ask them?"
he looks point blank at his sister

Ashley looks over at Naomi and simply nods, joining her

Alex: He wasn't protecting you for your sake..... he was protecting you for hers..... but believe what you want..... I know I wont change your mind.

.... thankyou Naomi..... you look stunning as always.

Alex walks away and returns to Lexi.

Amanda gives Xander a peck on the cheek.

Amanda: Thankyou sir.

She returns her attention to Tito and Brock.

.....so..... are you two going to make the first move or should I?

Colin looks at Alex

Colin:"Nothing new I'm assuming."

Alexis sighs.

Alexis: It looks to have calmed down a bit... I owe Naomi... but any more bickering between them and I will.

She looks over as Alex walks back.

Alexis: Are our fathers finally going to lay off of each other?

Ashley turns to Naomi, theres a sadness in his face that shes seen before
Ashley:"I can't do it."

Colin:"...As much as I would love to see that, please just...don't."

Alex: I tried..... that's all I can say..... I tried.

Colin:"...Dare I ask what you were hoping to achieve? Or trying?"

Naomi: Do...what exactly, Ashley? All you have to do is just be here for your daughter. What else IS there for you to do?

Meanwhile, Tito steps forward, glaring at Amanda...

Tito: You can tell that big ass gorilla to get the hell away from me and....

Xander: ....I'm sorry....what did you just call me?

Tito: Gor-rill-a.

In a flash, Xander grabs Tito by the throat...

Xander: Amanda....I believe you wanted this....trash?

Alexis shoots her brother a look.

Alexis: Don't start with it too....

Ashley:"No everything I just...For that brief moment I felt that same feeling that started leading up to me...kicking Jillian."
he looks at her
"Its fine...I'm just...I don't know wot I am Naomi."

Colin looks at his sister
Colin:"I'm only asking."

He takes Lexi's hand.

Alex: Sweetie look at me...... today isn't about them it's about us.... try not to let it get to you. If you feel sad..... or angry..... just look at me..... talk to me..... OK?....... just us.

Amanda: Yes please.

Xander throws Tito to Mandy who catches him coming in with a superman punch, knocking him out cold. She rebounds off of Tito and catches Brock in a tight armbar.

Amanda: Now..... take your little buddy and get the fuck out of here or I swear to god I'll tear your arm off.

It is at this point that Shawn comes around the corner...

Shawn: Jayden, hey...here is your.....what the fuck?

Amanda looks up from the armbar.

Amanda: Ohai Shawn.... how's your sex life?
